Mixed review. I have had multiple experiences with this hospital over the past 12 months.
If I was reviewing respiratory clinic and it's staff I'd give them 11 stars. They are amazing and made me feel heard.
Emergency has been very disappointing. I have a son who has some.medical issues that cause seizures, I have felt fobbed off every single time he has been in there.
My other son, 10mo, presented in respiratory distress yesterday due to croup. It was taken seriously and several staff checked him over.
As soon as he tested positive for covid, they left the room and told me to manage him at home, despite not addressing his dehydration, minimal output and the fact that he'd been a cat 2 less than 2 hours before. Completely fobbed off again.
Do better QCH, parents are relying on you!

Worst worst experience ever in my whole life. Brining my child to the emergency and surgery ward, kept him fasting for unexpected hours. My poor child was asking for food
Was no updates and everyone was coming we can’t give him drink as they gona take him to the surgery

Amazing staff and service they provide is far above anything I expected for a public hospital. I can't thank them enough for how helpful they've been.
